What's included in a salon suite (and what's not)
A complete checklist of what comes with a private salon suite rental and what you bring on your own. Useful for first-time switchers from booth rental.
ReadFor nail techs
A private nail suite in Crofton, with extra ventilation on request.
Suites C and D are private rooms on the lower level with a sink and cabinets, fresh-air ventilation, and the option to add source-capture ventilation at your station during the build-out. From $279 a week, with everything included.
The work
What a nail tech needs from a room.
Nail work brings its own list. Clients sit with you for an hour or more, often face to face across a small table, so the room has to feel clean and smell clean. Acrylic and gel products, filing dust, and acetone all need ventilation that actually moves air away from your breathing zone, not just a fan in the corner. And you need water close by for prep and cleanup, plus closed storage for a wall of polish and tools.
We cannot know exactly how you lay out your station until we talk with you, which is why the extra ventilation is an option we plan with you rather than a one-size fixture.
Which suite fits
Suites C and D, on the lower level.
Nail work is about air and storage. Monomer, gel, and dust need to leave the room, and polish, tips, and drill bits need a place to live. Suites C and D are 90 sq ft single-practitioner rooms with their own HVAC, a sink with built-in cabinets, and a separate lower-level entrance.
Because we are still in the build-out, now is the time to ask for extra ventilation. Tell us where your table will sit when you apply and we will add source-capture ventilation at your station as part of the work.

What the room has
Built in before you move in.
Everything below comes with the suite, from $279 a week with utilities, WiFi, parking, and 24/7 access included. Rates vary by suite, so ask us for the exact number.
Extra ventilation on request
Source-capture ventilation added at your station during the build-out, on top of the fresh-air ventilation every suite has. Ask when you apply so we can plan it in.
Sink with cabinets
A sink in the room for hand prep and cleanup, with built-in cabinets for polish, tools, and disinfection supplies.
Your own air and climate
Your own HVAC and thermostat, so the air in your room is not shared with the suite next door, and you keep it comfortable for clients with their hands out.
True-color lighting
CRI 90+ lighting, so the shade your client picks from the wall is the shade she sees when she leaves.
