Who we are

TriVal Salon Suites is operated by TrivalSuites LLC, at 1666 Village Green, Crofton, MD 21114. We are the controller of the personal information described here. Questions go to admin@trivalsalonsuites.com.

What we collect

Inquiry form. When you reserve a suite or ask a question, we collect what you type: your name, email address, profession, the timing you select, an optional phone number, and an optional message. That is everything the form sends.

Email. If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence so we can follow up.

Site usage. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people visit, roughly where visitors are located, and which links they click. Google sets cookies and assigns a random identifier to your browser for this. We do not collect names, email addresses, or anything typed into forms through analytics, and we do not use advertising features.

Bot protection. The inquiry form runs Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. Turnstile checks signals from your browser and your IP address to decide whether a submission comes from a person.

Server logs. Our host records standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and to keep the site running. These are kept for a short period and are not used to profile you.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry, set up a tour, and send you a lease if you want one.
• To send one confirmation email after you submit the form. There is no drip campaign.
• To keep the pre-lease list in order, since list order decides who picks a suite first.
• To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who processes it for us

A few services handle data on our behalf, under their own privacy terms, and only for the purposes above:

• Resend delivers the inquiry email to us and the confirmation email to you.
• Cloudflare provides Turnstile bot protection.
• Google provides Analytics and the embedded map on our location page. The map loads from Google and may set its own cookies when you interact with it.
• Vercel hosts the site and keeps the server logs.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our tenants, or the property.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics and the Google map set theirs, as described above. You can block or clear cookies in your browser, and you can opt out of Analytics with Google's browser add-on. The site works the same either way.

How long we keep it

Inquiry details stay on our pre-lease list until the suites are leased or you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first, and for as long after as we need to keep records of a lease we sign with you. Analytics data is retained by Google for 14 months. Server logs are kept for no more than 30 days.

Your choices

• See, correct, or delete your information. Email us at admin@trivalsalonsuites.com and we will take care of it. We will confirm your identity by replying to the email address on file.
• Leave the pre-lease list. Reply to any email from us, or write to the address above.
• Analytics. Use the browser add-on above or block cookies.

We never discriminate against anyone for exercising these choices. If you are in a state with a privacy law that gives you additional rights, such as access, portability, or appeal of a decision we make about your request, those rights apply and the same email address is the way to use them.

Children

This site is for licensed beauty professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, the form is protected against bots, and inquiry details are stored in email accounts protected by two-factor authentication and shared only between the two of us. No method is perfect, and we will tell you if a breach affects your information.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, if you are on our pre-lease list, let you know by email.
