Why we are building TriVal.
We are a husband-and-wife team. She is an esthetician who has worked in enough salons and suites to know exactly what a great one feels like, for the professional and for the client who walks in. He builds, and he is making her vision real. TriVal is the suite we always wished we could rent.
One location, done right
TriVal starts with one building in Crofton Village Green. Four private suites, built to a professional spec, with the walls, lighting, and power a working professional actually needs.
We would rather open one location that hair stylists and barbers, estheticians, and lash artists are proud to work in than ten that feel like a hallway of rented closets. Every decision here gets made by the people who sign your lease: she knows what a suite needs, and he builds it.

Three things we will not compromise on.

STC-rated walls so your client hears you and only you. CRI 90+ lighting so color work looks the same in the chair as it does outside. Electrical wired for professional tools, including clipper and dryer loads for barbers.

We sign your lease, we answer your questions, and we fix the broken light bulb. No franchise royalties, no call center, no shared decisions.

One fair number
From $279 a week, one rate covers the room, utilities, WiFi, parking, and 24/7 access. No add-on fees, no co-op marketing levies, no surprises.
