Suites A and B are the ones we built with barbers in mind: 180 sq ft on the first floor, a door straight to the outside, power that keeps up with a full day of clippers, and room for a second chair. From $279 a week, with everything included.

The work
Most barbers we talk to are coming from a chair in a busy shop. The cut is the easy part. The hard part is everything around it: a shared front door, music you did not pick, a schedule that bends to the shop instead of to your regulars. A private suite turns that around. Your door, your hours, your playlist, your prices.
Which suite fits
Barbering runs on walk-ins, quick turnarounds, and regulars who like to get in and out. Your own exterior door means clients walk from their car straight into your shop, with no shared lobby and no front desk between you and them. The suite is yours from the door in.
At 180 sq ft, Suites A and B are big enough to run two chairs. Bring on a second barber you trust, or set up a second station for yourself and keep a client in the chair while the next one waits. If two of you share, both names go on the lease, and the private restroom inside the suite stays yours alone.
What the room has
Everything below comes with the suite, from $279 a week with utilities, WiFi, parking, and 24/7 access included. Rates vary by suite, so ask us for the exact number.
The first-floor suites are wired so clippers, trimmers, shavers, and a blow dryer can run at the same time without tripping a breaker. If you run anything unusual, tell us before you sign and we will check it against the plans.
Clients come and go without passing anyone else. With 24/7 smart-lock access you can open early for the commuter crowd or stay late on a Friday.
We provide a stylist chair and a shampoo chair. The floor has room for a second chair, yours to bring, so the suite can grow with your book.
A shampoo bowl and counter for wash and hot-towel work, and a private restroom inside the suite. The bowl can be swapped for a regular sink on request.
Three windows plus CRI 90+ lighting, so fades and line-ups look the same in the mirror as they do outside.
