Suites A and B are built for color, cuts, and long chair time: a shampoo bowl in the room, lighting that shows true color, windows, and a restroom only you and your clients use. From $279 a week, with everything included.

The work
Hair work asks more of a room than almost any other service. You need water at the chair, power for hot tools, and light you can trust when you are matching a tone. Most booth rentals give you a chair and a share of a shampoo station across the floor. Clients notice the walk, the wait, and the noise.
We designed the first-floor suites so the whole appointment happens in one private room: consult, color, rinse, cut, and finish, with nobody else in the mirror.
Which suite fits
A color appointment can run three or four hours. Your client should not have to walk past strangers to rinse, or wait in line for a restroom. In Suites A and B the shampoo bowl, the chair, and the restroom are all inside your own 180 sq ft, behind your own exterior door.
There is room for a second chair if you want an assistant or a stylist you trust to share the space. If you work alone, the extra floor gives you a proper processing seat and space for a color bar on the counter.
What the room has
Everything below comes with the suite, from $279 a week with utilities, WiFi, parking, and 24/7 access included. Rates vary by suite, so ask us for the exact number.
A shampoo bowl and counter inside the room, with a shampoo chair we provide. Rinse, tone, and gloss without leaving your space.
Every suite has CRI 90+ lighting, so the tone you mix is the tone your client sees when she walks outside. No more checking color by the front window.
Suites A and B have three windows, so you get daylight to check your work against, and a room that feels open through a long appointment.
Blow dryers, flat irons, and curling irons can run together without tripping a breaker. We provide the stylist chair as well as the shampoo chair.
Fresh-air ventilation and your own thermostat, so color and lightener fumes are not shared with the suite next door, and you set the temperature for your clients.
